President & Portfolio Manager
Gabriel wears multiple hats at GA Pincus Funds. He is responsible for managing current clients and prospecting new clients. Gabriel defines the direction of the firm and works with his team members to implement his vision.
Prior to forming GA Pincus Funds, Gabriel worked in Index and Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) Management at Markit, and was hired by Deloitte & Touche to lead and develop their ETF consulting practice. After college, Gabriel worked as an equity and option trader at Bear Stearns before a brief stint as a wealth manager.
Gabriel earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Entrepreneurship & International Studies from Indiana University and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Vanderbilt University. Gabriel lives in Chicago with his wife Kristen, and their dog, Pierre.
Jen Seelig is the Public Relations guru for GA Pincus Funds. She is one of the primary drivers behind the positive media exposure that we have received over the past two years. GA Pincus Funds a client of Orion Public Relations where Jen is the Founder and CEO.
Prior to forming Orion, Jen worked for nine years for Fox Business as the Senior Producer for the Bull and Bear Report and the Neil Cavuto Show. John Kasich hired Jen to be his Director of Communications for his 2016 Presidential Run.
Jen received a Bachelor's of Science in Communications from Indiana University and currently resides in New York City with her fiance, Matt.
Debra Koenig is a business executive and board director with four decades of experience across multiple industries in both Fortune 200 and entrepreneurial and equity- backed companies.
Her executive experience includes operations and leadership roles in private and public companies within the franchised multi-unit retail, food manufacturing, and hospitality sectors. Debra has served as Chief Executive Officer of VICORP, a franchised restaurant company, and Division President of McDonald's Corporation, a Fortune 200 QSR company.
Currently, Debra is the Chair of the National Association of Corporate Directors Colorado Chapter. She has board experience as Chair of Lube Holdings, Inc. and as a Director for VICORP Restaurants Inc, and Fitness Together Holdings. In addition, she has served as an Advisory Board Director for McDonald's Corp., Evolve and Blue Onion. She currently serves on the board of Wings of Medina Liquidating Trust.
Debra holds a mba from Gannon University.
Scott is a managing partner at Christiansen & Rawls, PLLC, where his practice is exclusively focused on complex business transactions, private fund formation both domestically and in foreign jurisdictions, private placements of debt and equity, contracts, real estate and estate planning for a broad range of clients ranging from fund managers, high net worth individuals, institutional investors, entrepreneurs, inventors, executives, business owners, family-owned businesses, and privately-held companies.
He has practiced for 18 years, including at a major law firm in Dallas and as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for the Private Equity and Alternative Investments Group of Lehman Brothers and Nueberger Berman. During his time as General Counsel, his group raised and deployed over $9 Billion of capital in private equity funds, co-investments and hedge funds.He also successfully advised the management team through a management buyout during the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy.
Pierre is an integral part of the team at GA Pincus Funds. He brings 14 years of experience as a trusted advisor. He always seems to know exactly what to say.
Of French heritage, Pierre was born in Missouri, raised in Denver, and has spent time in Philadelphia, Nashville, Dallas and Chicago. He brings with him a unique view on national and international affairs.
Rob is a recently retired business professional who split the majority of his 35+ year career between the Alcoholic Beverage and Marketing Services industries. Rob spent a dozen years progressing through the ranks at The Stroh Brewery Company, leading eventually to a four year run as the Managing Director at Green Mountain Cidery, makers of Woodchuck Draft Ciders.
Next, Rob moved over to Budco, a Marketing Services organization specializing in Fulfillment, Direct Mail and Call Center Services. Rob joined the firm as Vice President of Operations, and over the next 15 years, through several acquisitions and ownership changes, Rob became Chief Operating Officer at Dialog Direct, a $250 million dollar I.T. driven, end-to-end marketing services solutions provider.
Rob retired in April of 2015. Rob earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and an MBA from Wayne State University. Rob has two grown sons and lives in the Detroit Area with his wife Sharyn.
