Gabriel Pincus
President & Portfolio Manager

Gabriel wears multiple hats at GA Pincus Funds. He is responsible for managing current clients and prospecting new clients. Gabriel defines the direction of the firm and works to implement his vision.

Prior to forming GA Pincus Funds, Gabriel worked in Index and Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) Management at Markit, and was hired by Deloitte & Touche to lead and develop their ETF consulting practice.  After college, Gabriel worked as an equity and option trader at Bear Stearns before a brief stint as a wealth manager.

Gabriel earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Entrepreneurship & International Studies from Indiana University and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Vanderbilt University. Gabriel lives in Brentwood, TN with his wife Kristen, their sons, Owen, Hudson, and Ryden, and their puppy, Percy.

Debra Koenig
Board Member

Debra Koenig is a business executive and board director with four decades of experience across multiple industries in both Fortune 200 and entrepreneurial and equity- backed companies.

Her executive experience includes operations and leadership roles in private and public companies within the franchised multi-unit retail, food manufacturing, and hospitality sectors. Debra has served as Chief Executive Officer of VICORP, a franchised restaurant company, and Division President of McDonald's Corporation, a Fortune 200 QSR company.  

Currently, Debra is the Chair of the National Association of Corporate Directors Colorado Chapter. She has board experience as Chair of Lube Holdings, Inc. and as a Director for VICORP Restaurants Inc, and Fitness Together Holdings. In addition, she has served as an Advisory Board Director for McDonald's Corp., Evolve and Blue Onion. She currently serves on the board of Wings of Medina Liquidating Trust.

Debra holds a mba from Gannon University.

Robert Hyman
Board Member

Rob is a recently retired business professional who split the majority of his 35+ year career between the Alcoholic Beverage and Marketing Services industries. Rob spent a dozen years progressing through the ranks at The Stroh Brewery Company, leading eventually to a four year run as the Managing Director at Green Mountain Cidery, makers of Woodchuck Draft Ciders. 

 

Next, Rob moved over to Budco, a Marketing Services organization specializing in Fulfillment, Direct Mail and Call Center Services. Rob joined the firm as Vice President of Operations, and over the next 15 years, through several acquisitions and ownership changes, Rob became Chief Operating Officer at Dialog Direct, a $250 million dollar I.T. driven, end-to-end marketing services solutions provider. 

 

Rob retired in April of 2015. Rob earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and an MBA from Wayne State University. Rob has two grown sons and lives in the Detroit Area with his wife Sharyn.
